Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

Satisfaction with your purchase is our goal.

RETURN POLICY 

R3L3NTL3SS Apparel offers a 14 day return for eligible merchandise. Refunds are provided in the form of gift cards which does not include original shipping costs.  Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.  In the event of an exchange, customers are responsible for return shipping charges as well as shipping charges for the exchanged item(s).  Refunds for items returned with in a 14 day purchase date will be credited and the full amount (excluding shipping charges).  Any claims for damaged orders or missing items must be received within 24 hours (Business Days Monday-Friday) of receiving the order.

If the following conditions are not met, R3L3NTL3SS Apparel reserves the rights to charge a 20% restocking fee and/or refusal of the return.

- Items must be returned for a refund or exchange within the 14 day original purchase period.

– Items and packaging must be received in new condition.

- Items must not have been worn.

- Packaging must include all original items to be returned.

- Returned packages must include the copy of the original sales receipt or invoice.

CANCELLATIONS

-If you would like to cancel your order, you must do so prior to the order being shipped. If the item you desire to cancel has been shipped, the order will not be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund (see RETURN POLICY).
