Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with R3L3NTL3SS Apparel.  The following Shipping Policy applies to all websites owned and operated by R3L3NTL3SS Apparel.

1. SHIPPING POLICY

At R3L3NTL3SS Apparel, our goal is to process your order quickly and have your order delivered safely. 

We ship products anywhere in the United States utilizing the shipping method of your choice at checkout. When you place an order we estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.

-All regular orders will be processed and shipped Monday through Friday.

-Orders are not processed on the weekends or U.S. Holidays.

-Orders placed during peak promotional times or holidays may require additional shipping time.

***Items in stock, and placed before 12 PM EST will normally ship within 48 hours***

a. Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected at checkout, excluding applicable sales tax.

b. Missing Items/Stolen Packages

In the event of a missing package or missing items please contact us at sales@r3l3ntl3ssapparel.com to speak to one of our customer support team members.

  • Please have detailed photos of any damages done to your package in the event of tamping or mishandling of the package you purchased. 
  • If tampering is suspected and items are missing and/or package was stolen after delivery, please contact local authorities to file a police report.  Please retain your police report number as we will require you to send us this number as well as the local authority's telephone number and address.
  • We will take all information received from our customer and do a thorough investigation at our fulfillment center to ensure all items were packaged during fulfillment/shipping processes.
  • In the event that we find the missing items were not fulfilled by our fulfillment center, a refund for the item will be issued in the form of a gift card for the amount of that missing item.
  • If evidence shows all items were packaged and shipped, our company will use the information we require the customer to gather in order to contact the shipping company to file a missing item/package claim.
